This apartment complex charges College students $409 per ROOM in what is no bigger than a standard size family apartment. They let 4 girls share an apartment for $1636 PER MONTH!!!!.....MAJOR RIPOFF. On top of that they try and trap young College students with their lease agreement policy. Rent MUST be paid by 10:00 AM on the 3rd or their is a $30 LATE FEE and there no allowence if the day falls on the weekend.......but then they DON't charge them anything extra until they 6th.......

This apartment complex is an avoid at all costs, nothing but a ripoff and a TRAP for YOUNG FORGETFUL college students.......And the apartments also suck, & smell bad & their hasn't been any improvements to it.......THEY DON'T EVEN see that the apartment was cleaned up or painted before the next tenant moves in.......and the two managers James & Faith or as INEPT AS THEY COME, nothing but a couple of minimum wage idiots........Oh, and don't bother trying to contact the OWNERS oF THIS PROPERTY......you get nothing but voicemail......AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Our all-inclusive, individual leasing makes our property attractive to college students. This is mainly because they are only responsible for the rent for their bedroom, and are not responsible if their friend/roommate defaults on their lease. Our rent is due on the first of each month and late fees are not charged until 10AM on the third. There is an additional grace period given where we do not bill late fees again until the 6th. We allow our residents to pay in the office with a check or money order as we are open daily Sunday through Saturday; or via our website at www.carrolltonapts.com. Payments can also be mailed into the office. If you are having any issues with your student’s apartment please contact the office and we can address them.
