Where to begin - Awful management - right from the leasing office manager - Eweami to property manager - Robin to the maintenance man - Wayne. They all think that they are God sent and better than all humankind. Empty promises, lies, rude behavior and careless attitude is some of their facets. Actually, customer service is an alien concept to them. Before i got the condo they promised free shuttle service to the "Private Beach", (which is nothing but a few beach recliners they put on the beach) and wooden blinds - The wooden blinds never happened and the free shuttle service became a $600 a year subscription service by the time it started - false promises!
The whole place has around 380 condos and they have only one cleaner to clean it. Hence the place is dirty, including parking lots, elevators, hallways, etc. I've lived here for more than 6 months and have never seen my hallway carpet being even vacuumed. Now i do not know what logic or calculation they used to figure out the number of cleaners they need but whoever made that decision needs a reality check or needs a wake up call!
Parking is another situation that they can't manage. People are parking wherever they want. Also, recently somebody waltz into the garage and stole a few bicycles.
They are so cheap in hiring the staff that the property manager - Robin decided to remove the trash cans from the south side of the building. Her reason - people were putting excessive amounts of trash into it. Ha the last time i checked, in a civilized community, trash cans were used for throwing trash. The real reason is that they do not have enough man power to empty the trash cans everyday and they are overflowing due to it. So in order to not get fined from the health department they just decided to take the lazy route of not having the trash cans. Oh and upon questioning about it she had the gall to say they do not need to provide trash cans. It's not their responsibility, unbelievable!
Also, until recently they had only one maintenance guy - Wayne. He's just like the other members of the Brady bunch. Mr. Right/know it all. But i guess his behavior is the side effect of the exhaustion being caused by the amount of work they put him through. Any how, just wanted to give heads up to people who are planing to move in or look into this property.
