Is a scam artist who lies and takes money from his clients and never delivers. The reality is he has license of any kind. 

Anand Kapadia and his wife created the text for the Website. Which is displayed on the site. Connie Lee and Jason Taylor also hel helped creting the text. 

The claims and suspicions I have raised about Cerberus Generale (CB) are strong enough to cause one to not only conclude that CB is not an insurance company but to question if any laws are being broken. Thus, it would behoove the individual who has responded to my post to focus on providing a rebuttal with supporting documentation to the following claims:

1. Cerberus Generale and the entities affiliated by common ownership with "J. Sitra Dior" are not licensed to provide insurance. 

2. The majority of the content featured in CB's website is plagiarized.

3. Portions of Mr. Sitra's speaker bio featured at https://www.perenews.com/SpeakersProfile/?speaker=12885373011# was plagiarized. 

Diverting attention to a purported scam artist who allegedly was contracted with Cerberus Generale (CB) does not address what has been alleged against CB and its owners.

Names you have mentioned are totally separate people. Not connected with each other. But here is your name on the Site.. You are an Idiot, who has No Life and a Loser.

Who has been fired for being a fraud. 

When performing due diligence on Cerberus Generale or its supposed affiliated companies* please remember that a legitimate operation will be legitimate in every way. However, Cerberus General et al does not pass the first step of due diligence and that is the review of the due diligence target's website.

Stop telling people you are represantive of Guggenheim (they have never heard of you) and Fortis.

Where is CB licensed as an insurance company? 

We also have try to get hold of everybody on his website not able to and his "office" is mail drop. His office number is somekind of virtual number. 

Jason, Connie and Thomas, we urge to talk some sense into Anand as his behavious is very child like. Makeing such false claims as he did. 

He told us he is a fiduciary for Guggenheim and Fortis Capital which their legal department denied outright. Based on that his contract was terminated. Now he is here starting issues which can impact you directly.

This writing style seems very familiar. This must be work of Anand Kapadia of Ark Capital. Who has recently departed from Cerberus Generale as of last week his name was still on there website. 

According to Sources Anand Kapadia of Ark of Capital was under contract with CG. His contracted was terminated for unethical conduct. 

All inquiries to Anand Kapadia went unanswered. He operates from address below:

His firm supposedly does securities related work with NO Licenses. We checked with all regulators in the US. Ark Capital underwrites securities with no licenses and charge very fees.
