Charlie Werz, Ceiltechinc ceiltech.biz, Charles F. Werz Lies and Deception about the products and the state of ownership Daytona, Florida

Recently I paid a visit to the offices of what was Ceiltech or Ceiltech.biz.  What I found was the remnants of a business trying to survive with 4 individuals that could between them barely generate enough electricity to pick up a telephone.
As it turned out I was in the wrong place and when I realized that this was no longer the business that was started with the original founder a guy named Billy comes from the back and said Nope this is the right place and the guy your looking for was at lunch.

Well it turns out the guy I was looking for had left there some 15 years ago and started his own business out west which became fabulously successful and in that 15 years these guys had not as much as cleaned the carpets. Needless to say, after this terrifying experience I tried to get out of there and thats when Charlie Werz the VP of the company approached me to spend $15,000 and tried desperately to convince me that they were in fact healthy and not to let the appearance of the company or the offices speak for the company.

I said this place speaks volumes and so does this rag tag crew you have here.  I asked where was the guy that started this whole thing and he said he was the guy and I said your Mario and he said no I co-founded the company.
I started looking around on the internet and soon found out the the original owner or CEO left back in the 1990's and moved to Arizona and he started a similar company in Arizona and many others in Las Vegas Nevada.  Hes global and except for run-ins like this, or someone calls from a tradeshow that Charlie and Tim are doing, he doesnt have much to do with them anymore.  

He said Charlie tried to screw him when he left and filed a lawsuit for misappropriation of funds.  He said the judge threw it out and that Charlie was very sick and very bitter and heard that they owed hundreds of thousands of dollars to the IRS and  many other creditors.  He said that you had better pull a D&B on them before you buy anything so that you know that they will not likely have a Christmas this year. His name is Mario and he had a similar company in terms of the process he developed however goes by the same name but .net.

I spoke with Mario and he said that he found out that almost every person in the office was related to Charlie Werz and had some type of criminal record.  He said that he was through with that gang many years ago and that Charlie was ripping people off and he reported recently to Charlies attorney that Charlie should change the name of company because he was giving the entire brand a bad name and that he could get sued for besmirching the good name he built years ago.

Well as criminals will do, Charlie or someone in his office started writing falsehoods about Mario because he left the company and they apparently werent happy because they had been sucking the life out of the company and Mario didnt want anything to with that. My advice to you would be to stay far far away from this company ceiltechinc because they are not the original company that was started years ago, its a bunch of low lifes trying to survive but too lazy to go and get a job.
