I recently dropped off tons of jeans (at least 30 if not 40) sone new with tags and others in good to excellent condition.  All American Eagle, some Guess and Hollister and some Levi's.  I felt weird leaving them there without them looking through them or tagging them with my name, but this was their new policy so I decided I would trust them.  Afterall, they seemed to be a reputable compay.

Not a good idea!  None of the jeans were added to my account.  The female manager told me that her staff said that there weren't that many jeans.  And that what I did drop off was all too old.  She also offered that the firl who was sorting was brand new..... I asked if they had camera's and she just simply replied yes and nothing more.  She said all of my things had already been sent off for donation and were gone.

All I got was a snide sorry.  I tried contacting the owner of the company, Jannelle Palombo, who never responded!

Iv'e done some research to find that there have been similiar complaints about the company.

I was ripped off and the company got away without recourse or even response!!

Very unhappy.  I will never ever recommend anyone to this business and will continue to make my story known.  I even started my own FB page called Dirty Business in order to highlight the wrong doings of local business for all to see and discuss in an effort to make these businesses take responsibility or at least get the reputation they deserve.

AUTHOR: Want My Clothes Back - (USA)

I also donated a ton of clothes to this location just months before they shut down. I have probably $200 worth of top brand clothing that I gave to them and they did not make any indication they were closing down. In addition I know for a fact that the owner of the store could have contacted everyone to get their items before they close down but refused to do that now all items will be liquidated. Shady how it was run I know a person who worked here and is blamed for The store closing. The owner was a thief. The business was poorly run and fraudulently and apparently their employees were able to go through things and look at things before the doors even opened I would not even be surprised if they stole merchandise.
