I, Yvonne Crawford Cox traveled to Tampa with my church following a Uhaul we rented, proceeded to following truck under a yellow light which turned red before i could pass light and received a ticket by mail some over 2 weeks later.
I drive with caution and never received a red light tivcket especially working with my church. I want to dispute this ticket but being out of town, the city is aware it will cost me more to fight the ticket in travel, court and finances then it would to pay it.
I know the actions I took, however the camera has been mulnipultated and is not legal or right according to information reserached stating 500 reason why not to pay ticket.

So you admitted that you ran a red light and you feel like you were ripped off? If the light was yellow before the Uhaul truck went through, that you admitted that you were following, why did that driver keep going? Welcome to Florida and it is not a ripoff. These cameras are in place to punish drivers like yourself. It does not matter if you never received a red light violation in the past. It just means that you never got caught before. Maybe next time your church group will pay better attention to traffic signals. Also, you claim that the camera was maniupulated. How can you prove it?
