Class a moving Las vegas total scam artists, rip off, no experience liars thieves Las vegas Nevada

This is Brian Jackson the owner of Class A Moving,Once again I'm writing in response to all the slander, false statements, lies, Defamation of character. And alot of complete  nonsense about myself and my Company "CLASS  A MOVING".The Person who is Making these FAKE and Total Lies about myself and my company is also now claiming to have his own moving company as well... "Veterans Moving Service" and Also "Best Moving services" He is posting under 2 different company names under 2 different phone numbers of which we can prove and will provide proof of with this rebuttal!! We have done our research also (as I have attatched screen shots and links for you to research also) he has no business license in NEVADA Or Clark County Or anywhere for that matter! and is not registered with the BBB or with City  of Las Vegas or The  State of Nevada! In the links we have provided you will see that we "Class A Moving" Are 100% a legal, licensed moving labor service and have a B+ rating throught the BBB over the last 5 years we have been licensed in the state of Nevada and the City of Las Vegas! and We have Many 4.5 to 5 star reviews on many websites and Brokers we have been working with for many many years of which i have multiple customers that are willing and have already agreed that they would provide Staements if need be. Also you can see all our 1000's of reviews on Moving Help, Hire A helper,Nationwide Moving Labor Network, Angies list and many others!! Just to name a few!! We have maintained a solid relationship with the BBB and are in constant comunnication with them regarding this So called UNLICENSED competitor who is saying some very serious things about us and myself that have no Truth behind it!! It Has escalate to the point Of me Hiring a Attoney who has already been contacted and is well aware who is posting these LIES!! We wont mention his Name on here for that is against the law!! And as you can see with his other many posts that he has clearly broken the Law by posting our Home Address, Phone #'s and Name of which isi against  the terms of this website. You can see That by these things being said there is no Truth and He has no proof or any documentation to back up any of this Garbage!!

The person writing this trash is claiming he was an employee of Class A Moving as he was not. He did come to help out for a couple jobs. He called at midnight one night and said he was in the hospital due to illness so we didnt ask him to come help the next day as respect so he can get better, that led him to calling us and yelling at us that "{he will tell us when he wants a day off!!!" Since that day he has gone above and beyond out of his way making threats towards myself, business and now my family.  For the record this man has never been in Our home other than to meet outside for work!! And we only have actually been around him in person only a handful of times!!  At this point he is harassing us, our family, children, my girlfriend and my customers, who are also willing to write written statements stating he has contacted them. At this point we are filing a restraining order with the metro police department regarding these isssues as we feel our lives and childrens lives are in danger , as he has claimed on numerous occasions that he carries a gun at all times for "protection" He also claims that he was a bounty hunter and a veteran and he is out to ruin ourlives. We have seen him drive by our house and our childrens school in different vehicles a couple times a week. In our records we have copies of his ID, social security number and will be turning them in to the authorities when filing a restraining order. The public should be aware of this company going under "veterans moving services" and "Best moving service" Please look at all attached documents we are providing to show the proof . We are pursueing this to the fullest extent of the law, with cooperation from the BBB, our attorney and Las Vegas metro police department. Thank you for taking the time to hear our side of this issue and and Help us expose this fraud!

Your not a paying customer with a credit card. Good try to have your girlfrind post this! What a joke company!! Customer theft, damages and drug supporting company!

They are still hurting disabled veterans and veterans by flagging Veterans looking for work on Craigslist. We can prove this. Now they are trying to capitalize more on us by insulting disabled vets like me by now wanting to add Vereran Discounts. Contact me for more information. The owner of Class A Movers admited to me personally that he uses drugs in his own home. For this with children in his home Social Services needs to be called for welfare checks! I have heard other employees ask if he had any WEED inside for them.The owner owes me money for work I have done as a past employee, my coworkers at Class A Movers were alcholics and druggies. I didnt wish to be around that and now they are taking that out on other veterans and myself. If you hire them you will smell POT on them and Alcohol. You seriously need to get a life and Quit Spending so much time Talking Garbage about our business! Like i said!! We Have been Accredited With The BBB In the Past and Still have solid relatiponship with the BBB. We have spoken with them several times and they have already sent over application for us to Renew to be Accreditted!! And just like the Screen shot shows that you posted we have B+ Rating over the last 5 years and have Many satisfied customers!!

I Suggest if you want to post that you are a company that you actually get Licensed yourself instead of talking trash about a legitimate company Like "Class a Moving" Which if anyone searches online they will clearly see that There Is no License for your Imaginary Company and that you are just another Jealous Competitor with no life!! It ok though because all your posts are being saved for Our attorney and has been seen By The BBB And we have reported all the Slader And defamation of character you have been posting!! I've used this company in the past and I'm using them again this weekend for my latest move.

In my experience the company was punctual, courteous and took great care in moving me in. This is why I've elected to use them again and will continue to use them.

 I highly disagree with this complaint. I have used Class A Moving numerous times in the past few years with no problems. Brian and his team have been very helpful with last minute and pre scheduled moves with the estimate meeting up as quoted. I have never had anything stolen by this company and I trust them in my house. I do pay with credit card everytime with no problems. I only use Class A Moving as they are lic and insured.

If these claims we true at all then why wouldnt we have been contacted by the authorities? Can you provide any kind of proof regarding these false cliams abou myslef or my compant that you would like to share with us? Im sure you cant because like we have stated this 100% False and is slander!! Our reputation speaks for itself and We are sure this is just a jealous competitor tryong to slander our company! These statements being made about myself and my company are 100% false and lies!! Which is slander is is against the law!! We are licensed in the city of las vegas BBB Accredited and have never had any complaints like this in all the years we have been in business! I request these false accusation be taken down of this website or i will contact lawyer for slander against whomever made these false claims!!!!
