I received this email stating I was being sued for 1280.00 for borrowing 400.00 which I never borrowed. That's not the problem. My problem is they have all my personal information includeing my Ssn and don. What can I do in regard this? I never borrowed that money I know it is a scam. Nor would I be being served for court over email. How can I stop this?
