Clearlice advertises on the internet that they can get rid of head lice with their kits. The kits are extremely expensive but we ordered one anyway based on what they advertised. Needless to say, the product did nothing to kill either the live lice or the eggs and it was a major disappointment not to mention a major purchase (over $100).
When we called their office, they instantly said we didn't use the product correctly which was infuriating because we had followed their instructions. I asked for a refund and they refused to issue a refund.
I can't belive this company is stil in business. I can't be the only one who has had this problem with them. How can you offer a product that you clearly state will kill headlice and their eggs if used according to directions, and yet it doesn't work and they keep your money.
This company stinks.
