We are very surprised and saddened to read this report. We have been in business for 6 years and have helped thousands of fmailies end their lice problem when other products could not.

Most families spend hundreds of dolalrs on other products before they come to us.  Our kits are value priced, and at first glance may seem expensive, but include multiple bottles to treat the home, laundry and head. Each bottle itself is less expensive then the store brands.  But you do need to treat your entire environment to be lice-free.

We do not know who this customer is, but when a customer calls in with an issue, we respectfully ask questions intended to help them resolve the issue.  In most cases we find that customers are not seeing lice, but instead are seeing Psuedo-nits. These are flakes that come from the scalp after you get rid of your lice infestation.  They are from the lice feeding on the scalp and the scalp gets irritated causing flakes that look EXACTLY like nits.  This can be solved with a good dandruf shampoo. 

We also find that some customers are lice-free for 2-3 weeks then get re-infested.  This is common when your circle of family and friends have head lice and do not get rid of it.  They pass it back to you.  We work with our customers when this happens.

In rare cases, we have found that a customer insists they have lice and in these cases we do honor our return policy and refund their money minus any shipping costs. 
The reason this is highly unlikely is because our product works.  To ensure you are lice-free , we have a step in our directions that has you comb out any left over lice or nits.  This step is about 20-45 minutes, but this alone would remove all the nits and lice.  So it is impossible that our treatment would not work. 

We have found that with the economy the way it is, some not so honest people are taking advantage of our return policy. 

In any event, if this customer insisted the lice were still there, we would have returned their money. So this report that we did not issue a refund is a lie.

We are not a large corporation.  We are a small family owned business that went through the same thing you are going through.  We operatre on small margins.  We do what we can to keep our business alive to help families.
