Freelancer.com is a website where you can hire a 3rd party specialist for a internet or web project. In my case i am setting up a new site. Chris Dolan, being a USA based service company, gained my interest as i prefer to work with someone local at least in the States. We agreed to a project price. I agreed to pay Chris before the actual project was completed in good faith that he would complete the project.... Chris was unfortunatley dealing with some personal issues which we was not able to complete the project and suggest i hire someone else. I had asked Chris for a partial refund, he has been silent since. I do not reccommend anyone to do business with this company or person.
