Collection Consultants are very aggresive people, I never recieved a paper from them stating i was in collections with some medical bills i had. Second of all the put all the bills together and wont work with me to take care of them,Third each bill has to appear in my credit by bill of service which they decided just to put one the most recent one of 2011.The other bills are from 2008 and had gone to bancrapcy and now their still billing me for them which is incredible. This company is horrible the people who work their are rude and wont work to get this matter resolved.

You said that this debt had been discharged in your bankruptcy of 2008.
The collections agency can not collect on that debt, it is a violation of the discharge injunction.
Call a consumer attorney to represent you. Their fee is paid by the collections agency if they are violating the federal law on bankruptcy. You would also get paid if they are violating the bankruptcy discharge.
It is common for some collection agencies to buy up debt that has been discharged in bankruptcy and then try to collect on the portfolio, even though it is a federal violation. You have to be strong. Don't let them bully you. Get in touch with a consumer attorney right away. It is good for you, good for your attorney and will hopefully set the collections company straight for a minute (until the next violation). Good luck.
