today we get a bottle in the mail from them without any paperwork ,bill or phone number. I checked out credit card statement on line and found another charge for $69.00. the package came from "Integracore fullfillment house 6077W wells Park Road in Jordan Ut, still no phone number to contact them. This surely a rip off company.

Unfotunately, IntegraCore only provides warehousing and fulfillment solutions of colothin as well as for many other companies with a wide range of products. We do not handle or have access to the account information of our clients' customers and have no way of modifying payments or contracts at IntegraCore.
The fastest way to resolve the situation would be to contact the colothin location where you ordered your sample to correct the issue.
