Compuserv Office Supplies Tricked me into ordering overpriced highlighters Lake Worth, Florida

If you do a search on Ripoff Report about this company you will find other similar stories to mine.  I was contacting, cold call, by Compuserv salesperson that informed me I could receive an MP4 player with promotional materials with no obligation to purchase.  I am a new office manager and decided to go ahead.  I received a call a few days later from someone else with the company stating that I had agreed to the order and they were sending me 8 dozen highlighters with the Mp4 player.  When I inquired as to the cost, I was told $186.  I said absolutely no way am I paying that much for highlighters.  Send me a smaller quantity.  They said their minimum is 4 dozen.  Fine, send me that.  Well I just received the package today and there are 8 dozen highlighters in the box!  I was not happy and called them.  At first she was willing to give me credit for 2 dozen.  When I said I'd only wanted 4 in the first place, she finally said they would credit 4 dozen.  Still the bill will be $110 which is simply outrageous for 4 dozen highlighters.  I will never do business with this company and will gladly tell others not to as well.
