On February 12, 2015 we were told that there was a problem with all employee checks and they will not be ready and either in the mail or in accounts until Tuesday (since the 16th was a holiday). On Saturday there was a mass email sent out saying that everyone will be getting their pay checks on Tuesday and everyone will not be getting their regular pay it will be minumim wage. A lot of people this was their wage cut in half. And there was nothing we could do about it because this was their so called "problem". Well Monday comes around and a lot of people were complaining because they were going from $12-$16 a hour to minimum wage of $8.05. Some asked would they get their back pay. The Owner and GM said NO!Later that day and the day after several complained and even voiced how we should report this to the Labor board. Well those people were fired immediately. Apparently a few people did complain to the labor board because they were contacted and had to pay everyone the pay they had already worked thinking it was at the "normal" rate but everyone had to then sign a paper saying the new pay period would be minimum wage and they new as of a certain date. Today everyone had to meet again and was told they are no longer taking calls for this major company at all and they will now be making "Cold calls", only working certain hours (added up to only 30 hours rather than 40) and only at minimum wage. So many people walked away. Everyone needs to know about this company and the people who own it. Just incase they fall under and try to start up another business under a different name. They did a lot of things that were not legal and they knew it. They just wanted to see how far they would take it. I have included their Linkedin account which shows all the upper management. and all the employees who were screwed. If you are a business who wants to hire one of us please do not hesitate to contact us on Linkedin. We got Royally Screwed by this company. If everyone knew the company we serviced computers for people would be shocked. Under certain rules I cannot disclose this. Luckily the company they tried to pawn the company off to (and who took over the calls for the company who dropped contract with my job) was not stupid enough to buy into their lies (Smart Move!). And I guarentee the owner and GM did not loose any money while their workers did.

Some people were told only direct deposit people would get their last checks immeidately. They were told that those who get a regular hcek might get it Monday if they are not closed that day as well. This company is messing with peoples lives. Some are single parents or even expecting kids. This is wrong in so many ways. I really wish I could help all the employees who are going through this more. Any attorneys willing to help these workers out please step up!! Labor Board might be contacted again....

This company gradually ran out everyone and only kept a very select few to stay. Then Tried to get more people to hire on Craigslist....... And pay them more than what they let their originial emoloyees go with. These people will ripoff anyone.

Just found out that after the CEO "bigwig's" told us we basically are now a telemarketing company someone overheard Chad asked the others if they wanted to go to to Fresh Harvest at the Hard Rock (for those of you who do not know or have never been there. This is fine dining. It is not cheap at all). So basically after screwing over all of their employees they go and spend money they say they do not have to eat a extravagant lunch. That is not neccessary. Paying your employees should come first.
