Gene Savar showcased a GPS tracking system for vehicles utilizing smartphone technologies; later he parlayed that system into a similar tracking deviuce for pets. Compleete with a prototype, he coerced me, and presumably other investors into cash advances complete with a written business agreeement for full reimbursement of investment money plus interest and a back out clause. I personally helped develope the pet tracking prototype and invested 30,000$ into its start up. Gene continued to delay and postpone all meetings for me to introduce and actually meet the manufacturing company VP. After several months Gene has cut off all communications with me.
To date, Gene Savar is now being investigated for this and other criminal activities.
I intend to have Gene Savar prosecuted to the fullest extent of the state and or federal system for property theft, breach of contract, and intellectual property patent teft.

I gave thhis man the benefit of doubt. I allowed him to make good in multiple ways on the 30,000 he gladly took and "misappropriated" there after. I asked him to give me his business contacts so that I could help, I asked him to provide me with the information on the business we attempted to create together, I asked him to let me try to salvage the idea and the business... He quickly turned on me and refused to speak, became argumentative... accused me of threaatening him and harrassing him....He refused to cooperatate or provide any form of information about the business transactions, where and how the money was spent, the people involved or anything pertaining to the intitial venture we agreed upon in writing.
This p***k of misery cheated and lied and likely stole money from several potential investors.. Anyone associated with this low life thief here in Las Vegas or anywhere needs to be treated with equal animosities and avoided at all costs!

I can only say with much humility and as humbly as possible that Gene Savar has contacted me, explained the very odd and suspicious behaviours that led me to believe that nefarious actions were taking place at my expense.
Gene not only contacted me but met me in person! This takes great courage in my opinion. Gene, my former associate, friend and such... went through a very rough personal event, that I can totally empathsize with, as I have suffered similarly in past times.
Its so very very unfortunate that I jumped to conclusions, although I didn't exactly jump... None the less we all have our trials in life, me, Gene, you anyone... I sincerely hope that after reading this, you learn from my mistake, and that is not to assume that everyone is out to get you when their chips are down...
Gene Savar, Hal Savar... My most humble and sincere apologies... I cannot emphasize this enough... I will ask for your forgiveness if you give me the opportunity...
