Cool Gadgets 4 Sale Replacement keyboard for Macbook Pro was missing the escape key and in German Internet, Nationwide

I should have known from the start ordering from a company with no contact info except an email was a very bad idea. I ordered the following keyboard for my Macbook Pro:

Here is what I got in the mail:

It says on their web site it takes 12 business days to arrive after it ships. I it took 7 business days to ship and 16 business days to get to my place. When it arrived, I noticed the Hong Kong label for the first time as the web site had no indication where I should be expecting the package from. There was also no tracking number.

OK, so sort of an inconvenience, but not quite a rip off. Here is where it gets good.

I open the package right away in the post office parking lot, ive needed a keyboard for a long time, the first thing I notice is that its missing the escape key. OK, fine, Im replacing my old keyboard Ill use the escape key from that, Ill live. 

The second thing I noticed, the function keys are laid out diffrent than in the picture. For example, f3 and f4 have volume controls and the keyboard I needed, which was pictured in the first link above, which I bought, has a gauge like icon on the f4 key. All the function keys were diffrent.

OK, maybe I can somehow still get this to work with drivers or something, ive waited too long for this keyboard to send it back ... 

Here is the kicker, as you can see in the second link to the image of the item I received, the keyboard was in German. 

Thats right, German. Where would I get a German keyboard? They act oblivious.  Like I have a big pile of German Macbook Pro keyboards laying around and Im making my living off them ... I just need to fix my computer!

OK, fine, everyone makes mistakes. I emailed them right away. The first thing they did was say your item was already shipped on the 20th. I replied back again, then a guy said to send a picture. He finally replied and said we dont send keyboards with missing keys, maybe it was in the box. The key was not in the box, there was a plastic around the keyboard which would have had the stray key. He did not address the fact that it was in German but tried to argue that they dont send keyboards with missing parts.

It shouldnt even matter if I lived in USA or Germany, the keyboard I ordered in the first link above is what I bought ... its what I should have got in the mail.

I even offered to send them my escape key from the keyboard I hope to replace if they just give me my money back. So far its been 5 emails after getting this bogus keyboard. I sent them pictures and theyve ignored the fact that they send me a completely off the wall different keyboard. 

PayPal does not seem to do anything once youve gotten the item. I paid 60 bucks fair and square, I deserve what I paid for.

Bad support, wrong item in box, missing parts ... A month or more waiting. Dont be stupid like me, spend the extra few bucks on an American site that will tell you their address.
