My rebate claim was denied for sending incorrect UPC label.  I reapplied and sent the correct UPC.  4myrebate shows the correct UPC number in the files.  I sent the label with the exact same number as shown on website.

 The website shows that they scanned the wrong side of two pages. Duh!
