Who the hell does he think he is?

It's clearly stated in our Terms of Serice:

"The vast majority of technical issues can be resolved with the information that is available in our written documentation. We are happy to answer simple "yes/no" type technical questions, however, we do NOT provide troubleshooting support by email. We have tried this repeatedly and found it to be extremely difficult. We will NO LONGER respond to written troubleshooting questions."

Also:
"Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose."

Also:
"Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements."

Any breach of these rules result in an automatic ban. That's exactly what our customer support staff did and we think that was an appropriate decision.
