Craftingservers.com is the worst hosting company I ever used. Till now I have used 25 hosting companies to host my clients websites but no one gave the worst support and no one is as greedy as like them.

When you host bunch of domains and if your primary domains expires, what will you do? You will ask for changing primary domain and hosting company does it. It's that simple and easy with all the hosting companies but these guys will ask money to change the primary domain! Ya they want money for every small things that you ask for! If you dont pay then they will simple close the tickets without answering!

Its not only about money but you cannt belive how rude their replies will be! They dont know how to treat their customers. If I had just lost the money then I wouldnt worried to file this report but their arrogance made me to file this report so that other customers will not go through the trouble that I faced.

Later I asked for refund as I didnt want to pay for changing primary domain and told them if they dont pay, I will raise Paypal dispute. They shut down my hosting account for just telling this and there was no communication to solve the problems! Nothing, they just closed all my sites. After that I have opened Payapl dispute as they have not provided the complete service. I hope this report helps people to choose the better hosting comapny than them.
