cs@martbill.com took my money when i bought my ugg shoes on the website ( bootsoutletcheapco.uk ; they never sent me my shoes from 14/10/2013 ( the day i bought them ) to now 16/11/2013 ; its quite abnormal cause they had to sent me ( as they said !) on 15 days ( and they dont give explanations when i send numerous mails )
