I hired a company called CZ Carpet & Flooring to come and install hardwood floors in my living room. I had already purchased the hardwood flooring and other supplies. The only thing I needed was instillation of the flooring.

The company showed up on August 11, 2013 at about 10:00 am they told me that they would be finished at about 5:00 pm.

I left and went to my Mothers house where I planned to stay while the installed the floor.

At about 2:00 pm my Mother and I dropped by my house to see how the floor was coming along.

When we came in the house there was about five or six men sawing and working.

I left went back to my mothers and waited and waited.

Five O'clock rolled around and I was still waiting. at 8:00 pm I called my house and asked if they were finished yet and Carmen Zimeri told me that they were cleaning up.

I left my Mothers and returned to my house where I found carmen and two other ladies down own their hands and knees going around the floor with a liquid trying to get glue off the floor. there was big glue spots all over the hardwood floor.

The paint thinner they were using was not taking the glue off. I asked Carmen how they were going to get the glue off and she said they would have to get something stonger. carmen handed me the can off paint thinner and, told me to pour it on the glue and let it sit for a while and then it should probraly take it off. after they left I poured the thinner on all of the glue spots and let it set but, the glue would not come off. I called carmen the next day and told her the glue would not come off and she told me that she was going to come and bring something stonger to get it off. carmen did not ever come back and remove the glue from my floor. I also told her about the molding coming off but after I paid her 800.00 for the job they were done! I know have hardwood floors with big looks like super glue spots all over it with the molding coming off. i have had to buy rugs to cover up the glue spots! This company CZ Carpet and Flooring is like a company from hell! They present them selves as to be professionals and then do not even know what they are doing. I wanted to advise everybody DONOT USE THIS COMPANY they do not know what they are doing!
