Daniel Sean Ross Is slandering businesses on Yelp San Francisco California

To Whomever reads this,

This person is retaliating over a legitimate, 100% based-in-fact review I wrote of their WordPress business. They undertook a $2,000 web-based project for me that was never completed and given to me with multiple bugs and issues, which cost me further thousands of dollars to remedy. I was able to get that money back, using evidence which my credit card company found credible enough to award me a return of the fee back to my account. They are subsequently sour grapes about this, and are now using this website to slander me. This is despite the fact that they threatened me with a small claims lawsuit several months ago, which I haven't heard about since.

For the record, slander is "the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation." --key word, FALSE. I stand behind every online review I've ever posted and could back up every single one of them with credible evidence. None of them were ever intended to be malicious, just truthful. Sometimes businesses aren't all they could or should be, and online reviews are helpful in expressing what could be better for the next person. I have just as many positive and glowing reviews on every one of my online profiles for HONEST businesses that truly deserve them. 

If the person responsible for this review can't provide proof that I "ripped them off", in the form of a reciept, business contract, or some other legitimate form of evidence, then that's all you need to know to make a determination about who is slandering whom. Since I have never taken money from them (except the money that was rightfully and lawfully refunded to me due to their abandoning my project) -- I would guess this person won't even respond to my rebuttal.

To the originator of this post: Instead of spending so much energy on rip-off report bad mouthing me, why not spend that energy doing right by your own clients? It's a much more positive way to live.

In addition to the edivence I have already uploaded, here are more screenshots. We need to make sure they are available to anyone who wants to take leagal actions agains Daniel Sean Ross and his slander. I am attaching some Yelp reviews and also some Amazon reviews. 

There are more screenshots showing Sean Ross nasty and slanderous reviews against other business owners. Kind request to the Rip Off report. It it very important to have these images posted because 2 buiness owners are currently taking legal action against this shister, since Yelp allows to remove reviews we need to make sure that the evidence is available to anyone who wants to sue this parasite.

Please do not filter the reviews I am adding. Thanks for this beautiful website and one special recognition to Ed Madgenson, I saw a few pictures of him when he was younger and to be honest he was a total papacito, a real cutie. I could not expect less from such a beauty.
