I just want people to know what issues we have been having with our pellet stove (Dansons Product)  We replaced our Kozy stove almost 3 years ago with what we were told was a better brand the Danson.  WORST MISTAKE EVER!  The first winter we had to call them and they sent out new parts to fix our stove of course at our expense (not parts just time and hour to replace broken parts) second winter Feb it caught on firer and started to burn in the hopper filling our home with large amounts of smoke.  2 weeks of airing out our house we finally got rid of the smell.  Phoned them up and went threw what they thought was the isses at hand.  This will be the third winter we have had the pellet stove and as of lastnight AGAIN the hopper caught on firer and nearly killed us with the amount of smoked in the house.  I have called the number again and reported the issues which the person I talked to couldnt comment or do anything for me other then take my name and number.  At the same time he wanted me to clean out the hopper refill it and start it again.  REALLY?  I guess the first two times of almost dieing from smoke intake wasnt good enough for them they wish for a 3rd time......

first and for most I don't know why is came up Oh when I did select On.  for Ontario Canada.  The whole rant you continued on about is totally obsured and unjust or uncalled for.  I am not an american which you express a bunch of times and if your going to base your answer on the region of where a person lives that is plainly sad!  The facts are the fact under the warrenty we should of had a working stove which we paid for.  We bought a stove not second hand but brand new....   Things today do break or something not always work the way they are claimed and for us to have two firers is clearly an issue with the equipment.  I have tried many times now to deal with Customer service before I came to this site.  It was infact after being told I am SOL did I find this site and make it aware to others what issues I have had with this company!  But for you to cut up bad mouth and rudely make statements like you have is SHAMEFUL esp when they are based on being American!  It shouldnt matter where or who I am and no one should base an idea on such as well.  I hope in the future you will get over your anger that you hold and learn how to accept a person on whom they are and not their background.

 What are they supposed to do for you over the phone 3 years later? Say sorry, cause thats all they pretty much get to do. After the first year they pretty much have their hands tied. You call it THEIR product. Yes it has THEIR name on it, but its YOURS. THEY did not use it for the three years, you did. So its your issue. Why is it that its THEIR fault YOU had issues? I tend to see patterns and you are expressing a serious pattern here. YOU are having a issue with YOUR appliance, but somehow its THEIR fault.

THEY are not responsable for the use of the item 3 years latter. Thats on the ppl useing it not them. If YOU are having a issue with YOUR appliance then YOU need to fix the problem. Otherwise all your post is, is a sour grapes post. SOMETHING is wrong and Im 100% sure YOU WANT THEM TO PAY FOR IT! YOU wont accept the responsability even though its YOUR ISSUE!!

YOU are a prime example of the failings of the American Consumer. YOU refuse to accept responsability, and YOU expect someone else to pay for your problem so YOU dont have to. You can deny it all you like, but youre no different then a stick up artist. A very selfish individual who refuses to take responsability and holds EVERYONE else to a higher standard then they themselves live by.

Then to top it all off, you play the victim. Classic sociopathic behavour. Then add on to it, the you are ATTEMPTING internet blackmail. Oh you coach your words well, but not well enough from someone who sees it everyday. Youre ATTEMPTING to use the internet to get your way by trying to embarass them.

Not only HIGHLY immature but also the standard for the American Consumer. If you cant get what you want lie, cheat, and steal. When that doesnt work, cry.
