 I have known Darry for a number of years now, when I tried looking him up and stumbled across this report I was in complete shock. Anyone who tries to say that Darryl is small minded enough to risk having a bad mark against his name (for years) over such a small amount of money obviously doesn't know Darryl. Darryl has gone to great lengths on many occasions now to help me out at his own cost and in addition to that, he is one of the most generous people I know. To this day, I have never been able to go out to dinner or for coffee with Darryl and been able to pay the bill. Even if my entire family is there, he picks up the tab and every single time says "don't worry about it, you get the next one". Darryl is a kind hearted person who cares about others. If there was any truth to this claim at all, the person who wrote it wouldn't have used a fake name. You may notice I have used my real name on this comment even though I have the option to use a display name or just my first name. That means that my name will now be associated with this crappy website that should be banned. When people Google my name, this page is likely to show up which I don't want. However, Darryl has been so good to me that putting a negative search result against my name is the very least I could do in return and I am prepared to stand behind my comments made here. If anyone reading this is concerned about doing business with Darryl, firstly I urge you to ignore this ridiculous post. The person who wrote it wasn't even prepared to mention their name. I on the other hand am happy for you to see my real name, if you want to ask me any questions just ask Darryl for my contact details and I will answer anything you would like to know about my experience doing business with him. Secondly, do a little reading on this website to find out a bit more about it. You will see that their policy is that they won't remove any comments on this site and the person writing it doesn't even need to provide any evidence that their claims are real. It's the same for a lawsuit but at least with a lawsuit they need to provide evidence to win their case. They also don't even have to provide a real name or proof that they were actually a customer. Then do a little more digging and you will see that there is an option for people who have had a bad report posted to get the negative search engine listing turned around. So basically what this site does is let people make comments with no evidence to support their claims and then force businesses to cough up money to have it turned around. The thing that bothers me about this is that if the person making the claim doesn't have to use their name or prove that they are a real customer, how do we know that Xana Nationwide isn't an employee of Ripoff Report who is paid to go through websites, look at sales letters and simply post false claims about businesses so they have to pay to have them reversed? I have the exact same amount of evidence to prove that this post is a scam from Ripoff Report as Xana has about Darryl. So I'm going to make a claim of my own but first you should know that I don't know "Xana Nationwide" and I have no evidence to support my claims... but Xana doesn't seem to think that's important so I guess I don't need to worry either. My guess is that Xana is an employee who attempted to start a business. There is a very big difference between how a job person thinks and how a business owner thinks. As a business owner, you no longer get a weekly handout simply for turning up. It sounds more likely to me that Xana bought Darryls package expecting a money tree and later found out there was work involved to get the results. Transitioning from an employee to a business owner is a real challenge and not all employees have what it takes. If Xana ever decides to reveal themselves and wants to pursue Darryl through legitimate channels then I am prepared to show up at court and share my experiences with Darryl. In the meantime, if you are considering doing business with Darryl, go for it, you will be glad you did. Matt

It’s been 5 months now and still despite a formal request to you in writing you have not the courage to face up to your allegations or substantiate them. Instead you now sheepishly deny everything that you so boldly proclaimed when you initially made your defamatory allegations on this website.

Unfortunately for you, your lewd behaviour sticks out like a bull in a china shop.   You see not a single legitimate refund request has ever been declined by me or my staff, and your request wasn’t either. We simply asked you to substantiate the specific claims you made to us so that we could process your refund, but heard nothing back from you.

We are still waiting. Don't you have the courage to apologise for the false, unfounded and derogatory comments you have made?

I was quite shocked to find this allegation at Ripoff report. We purchased one of darryls business packs and can only say that we have been delighted with it.

Darryl over delivers on what was promised and offers true value for money. He has gone out of his way to help me when I have needed it. He is also right that if you do nothing with it then you wont make a cent from it. Sounds to me that you who has no name is the liar, not darryl.

Ill bet that if you are not a jealous competitor and in fact did invest in one of my business opportunities then you did nothing with it, thats why you didnt get your money back. Thats something that I cant fix for you.

If you had applied some effort then you would realise the financial potential that the business actually has. I have many delighted customers that can back this up.

I also have customers that have not been eligible for a refund yet I have gladly refunded them on compassionate grounds. Thats because I truly want to help people and I am a strong believer that you reap what you sow.

I find it amusing that you make allegations without having the courage to leave your name. I can prove every claim I make which is far from what you are doing.

So if you have the guts and believe that you have been scammed then why not reveal yourself. Id be quite happy to challenge your defamatory statements in court.
