I ordered my stuff on 1-3-13, got my order on 3-26-13. while waiting i contacted them throu there site around 1-30-13 to ask why there was no shipment, but got no respnse. after about a week i contacted them thru paypay complaint and they replied and said that one of the products i ordered was not in stock and when they recieved it they would send unless if i wished they could send it now, and send the out of stock item later. I replied by telling them that it was there policy to send items later that were not in stock ( i read it in there terms of service) and said yes! yes please send what i ordered that is in stock. they replied "ok, shipping will take about 15 days". so i waited, and waited...... then bam! there it was, in the mail. i got it, opened it and the email i sent is as follows:

I have received my items (thank you). Three of four products are non functional. D20111 (blue) does nothing. D20113 (purple) light flickers every time it is moved, there is a short some where in the cords connection, it will not stay working. D20196 6ml cotimizer leaks badly it can not be used in this form, i have successfully used the tanks from the D20113, D20111 on it. I noticed on the other ecig 56372 there is an extra screw on sleeve between the battery and cotimizer, i tried it on the 6ml and no leak, can i purchase just the little metal sleeve? 56372 1100mAh GS-T3 2.4ml Long Wick Detachable Atomizer Electronic Cigarette with Portable Bag-Black and Clear is working.

Update! the D20196 is working, when tightened, every single part of the cotomizer must be turned to tighten down the last tiny bit. as long as it sits flat it does not leak. i updated the review to reflect this. the only thing wrong with the order now are the broken usb powered ecigs: D20111 and D20113

i am still waiting for a reply, this is just a ripoff site! money for junk.

i have fixed the usb passthru ecigs, if any one ordered one, you have to pry the end off, the factory never connected the negative sides of the power supply, you have to solder the two black wires together that are just flopping around inside.
