Have you ever sat in front of your computer and just lose it? 

Have you ever wanted to crawl through the computer screen and get to the company that hosts the site and just blast them?

www.centraldispatch.com and www.jtracker.com are two of the worst website services I have ever experienced.  I am an experienced auto transport broker and because these two websites have the monopoly on the auto transport industry I am forced to use them.  I hate it.  Every other broker and every carrier I speak with also hates it.  We all wish a buyer would purchase these two websites and then actually act like they care about their customers.   DealerTrack and Auto Trader (the two companies that own this service) SUCK.  They could care less about their customers.  They are abusive.  They offer no customer service.  They take any companies money and allow fraud and abuse on their own sites.  They do not police the service and clean it up.  The site runs extremely slow.  They don't provide enough bandwidth so truckers and brokers get extremely frustrated with how long it takes to complete each task on the site.

But here is the kicker.  If you call in to complain they hang up on you.  They don't want to hear it.  They make no apologies for their lack of professionalism.   You see - these companies purchased these two websites from a previous owner.  Even though thousands of companies were effected by this take over.... the Justice Department and other goverment agencies ... such as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration... were not involved in the decision.  Clearly a mistake.   Now the whole Auto Transport industry and mainly those that work in this industry suffer on a daily basis. 

As a broker I give orders taken by my company to independent owners and operators that qualify (they have the right credentials) loads that I need moved.   I talk to truckers all day long.  They all hate these two sites and wish it were run by better people who care.  This industry sucks because of these two websites holding up production, slowing everyone down (it takes 12 hours to complete 8 hours work on these sites), pissing off every trucker and broker in the whole industry.

Does the site work?   NO.  Many software glitches make many of the features unusable.  For example.... you can't search for a company.  Yup... that's right... when I need to find a carrier - I can't search for it.   I have to punch in a key work in the company name and hit enter.... wait 5 minutes (very slow server)... then a list of over 150 companies will pop up on my screen... I must then scroll through all of them to find the company I am looking for and then click on it..... wait another 5 minutes for it to register with the server before I can send the order over to the carrier.   Can you believe that?   It's been like this for years!   By the way... I use the browser they recommend... I have 90MBPS down load speed with Xfinity Business Class and I use the latest HP Lap top with I-Core 7 processor.   I have the best of the best virus software.   It's not me... it's them!   Everyone else agrees with me.

So why am I writing this?   I'm trying to inform potential investors NOT to pay top dollar for this site because every paying broker and carrier on this service is just itching to jump to the next dispatch website to come along that even comes close to  what this site offers.  The problem is that all brokers and carriers much jump at the same time... this is key.   DealerTrack and Auto Trader know this and they know how unlikely everyone would switch all at once... but it's coming.  The way they treat us (brokers and carriers) is criminal.   Investors beware... you are buying a ticking time bomb.   The stale yellow caution light is about to turn RED (for Boom).  

Notice to graduating software developers:   These two sites are ripe for takeover.  Visit www.transportreviews.com... send an email to all brokers and carriers that you want their help in developing exactly what we need to operate.... develop it.... and you will find over 3000 customers paying a few hundred dollars each month will jump to your service.   That's right... over $750,000 per month could be yours for the taking if you simply:

1) care

2) treat your customers (us brokers and carriers) with respect

3) manage the site properly

4) make it work correctly... we don't need new features... we just need them to work (because now they don't)

5) technically support the server with what is needed - it constantly breaks down now leaving truckers stranded.

Are there any programmers out there with work ethic?   These sites have thousands of customers begging you to build it... we will come!   We will come very quickly... we are begging you... please help us.
