Company fraudulently withdrew over $10,000 from my Valley National Bank Account on fraudulent checks.  Valley National Bank has an association with this company, so did not ensure my private account was protected and allowed the unauthorized withdraws on checks that were written against my account without my knowledge or written consent.

I have filed a police report, and other actions to get to the bottom of this colusion between the bank and DNS.

DNS Dishonest

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, August 23, 2016

I honored all my obligations that I contracted for.

DNS violated agreement,, since they wrote checks against my bank account without authority or written authorization IAW the their contactual obligations in a signed agreement.  That is fraud and theft.

DNS is defrauding the public and I challenge them to tell the public that payments for debts negotiated and for services do not have to be approved by the client, in advance, and in writing, per contract.

DNS, go ahead and prove me wrong, in writing. Love to see it.

All work performed under contractual agreement.

AUTHOR: Debt Negotiation Services - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 22, 2016

DNS categorically denies these allegations as all work was performed under a contract signed and agreed-upon by our former client.  The funds in question were used to negotiate and settle debts for this client and pay fees owed to DNS for the settlements under their contract.
