My complaint is as follows:

Complaint against:

Jeremy and Connie
DivTag Templates
http://DivTagTemplates.com
Vancouver, British Columbia

On December 26, 2013 I purchased a product from Jeremy and Connie, DivTag Templates called DivTag Weebly Widgets - Image for a price of $14.99. I was supposed to receive the product via an email immediately, but did not. I had to inquire about the status twice before I finally received a reply. Jeremy informed me that the email was sent and I should look in my spam folder - which I had done various times before he fad to ask. Nothing was received. I finally received the email the following day.

I followed the installation instructions they were sent with the product and it did not work. I tried uninstalling an reinstalling 3 more times and it did not work. That’s when I started the email communications that for the most part went non-responsive. They ran a “test” on my site by creating their product on my site on another page - and claiming that the product tested fine. I replied and told them it did not on the pages that I created. I have sent at least a dozen emails and most I have not received a response. I demanded my money back and they have refused.

This company is selling a product that does not do what it claims and the company does not offer adequate customer support. It’s a scam.

Emails sent but resolved nothing:

More divtag templates scam Victims

AUTHOR: Divtag Scam Victim - ()

POSTED: Saturday, August 09, 2014

ATTENTION: prospective divtag templates Victims: Read this:

Attached are screenshots from a now-closed site: WeeblyForums.com. These other complaints from other divtag templates reviews expose the systemic fraud established CON MAN and scam artist jeremy wong operates with his POS divtagtemplates.

>>> You can also click HERE and HERE to read the web archive. <<<

FYI - You will find trolls, likely wong himself using a proxy IP and fake usernames,  posting as an artificial counter to try and conceal the facts, that digtagtemplates.com isainternet SCAM run by thieves jeremy and connie wong

Hi thief wong - thought all those other complaints  on WeeblyForums.com would never be seen again huh? You were very wong. I really hope someday you  and your wife, con-me, both go to prison for fraud.

Warning: divtagtemplates are proven defective and divtagtemplates are a SCAM!

AUTHOR: Digtag Scam Victim - ()

POSTED: Friday, August 08, 2014

Now that you have read the total lies set forth by internet scammer jeremy wong - owner of divtagtemplates.com - let me tell you my true experience:

This is a fair warning to anyone considering buying any themes or templates from divtagtemplates. I have spent over $200 on 3 templates and 4 plugins with them. Here are the TRUE facts about divtag products: their products are defective and do not work properly with weebly. The headers chronically FAIL. You cannot use the drop and drag header at all. Cannot modify text at all. On 2 of my 3 themes, the navigation disappears on pages with “drop and drag” headers, and also on pages with medium headers selected.

Their tutorials are incorrect.

Not even one of the 4 plugins was compatible with weebly.

I spent literally: DAYS, trying to resolve the numerous constant issues after testing over and over to confirm the issues. I sent the clear screenshots of errors verifying the severe bugs. Divtagtemplates simply ignored my emails. I offered to let them login to my weebly pro account; they declined. I lost well over 42,000 in TIME  solely becaisue I was another Victim of the digtagtemplates.com SCAM.

These two crooks did NOT offer support; they just recited the classic lie about how “no one else has any problems, just you!” Of course that is the standard pitch from any deceptive company.

I was charged to update a theme not even 12 days after the year update period went by, even though the update was NEVER sengt to me months after it ad been released. They made sure to send me scores of emails about selling me more stuff [which I dreadfully did], by not ONCE was there an emails notify me off an update which had been available for months. Instead of comping the "update fee of $5.00, they insisted on hitting me for $5.00 on paypal, even as I was spending another $105.00 with them. I call that simply: low class and very insulting.

Bottom line: divtagtemplates totally RIPPED ME OFF! This company consists of a couple of crooks and liars. Do NOT buy anything they offer. I promise you will lose days of time and wind up wanting to punch your screen with incredible frustration! Although they look beautiful; trust me they do NOT work. Like a Ferrari with a blown engine.

mr. wong cites how many views he has on youtube. He talks about his credentials, as if he has any. Most con men do the same. Of course I could get 3,000 views in a few weeks on any YT channel with addons avaiable in Chrome that drip feed "views" by auto page reloads. Buying fraudbook, a/k/a facebook "fans" runs anout $10 per 1,000 FAKE fans. Or just use a bot to produce all the phony fans and likes on FB you wish.

Who do you think you are fooling wong??

mr. wong and his wife con-me (whoops, typo: "connie") wong both need to pursue their true calling: selling "runs good!" POS cars at a cheap car lot in the ghetto somewhere. His templates and addons are as utterly DEFECTIVE as any "runs good!" car. Count on wong to lie like hell. His business is in trouble.

Do NOT buy from these people - you WILL regret it!

Consumer who also experience scam from Connie & Jeremy Wong of Weebly DivTag Templates

AUTHOR: karen - ()

POSTED: Friday, March 07, 2014

Please take a moment to read my experience with Connie & Jeremy Wong with Weebly DivTag Templates. I enfortunately encountered the same type of faulty templates and lack of customer service.

This is a reply to another customer on their Facebook page where the acknowlege their templates no longer work with Weebly's new platform.

Weebly Templates - DivTag Hi Cheri, Some of the themes have been retired because the design is a bit outdated, while others may no longer work with Weebly's new platform. If you don't remember what you have we may be able to look up your record if the purchase was made within 2 years. If you can provide us with your purchase email address, we can check that for you - Connie

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Response to Claim

AUTHOR: DivTag Templates - ()

POSTED: Friday, January 24, 2014

We have had continuous email discussions with Mr. John Fusek, as he has outlined in his claim.  Mr. Fusek suggested that the product which he purchased (an image widget) was defective, when in fact, we have sold hundreds of this exact widget and they are being used properly across hundreds of different websites.

We have also set up the widget on his behalf when he added us as administrator to his site, and have demonstrated that the widget was in fact functional and performed in accordance to the product description on our product page.  I just went back to check the test page that we created, but unfortunately Mr. Fusek has now removed the page.

Our sales policy is that we will fully refund any products that we sell if they were defective and did not perform in accordance to our product descriptions and also what we show in our demo sites (in this case - http://weeblywidgets.weebly.com/).  In this specific scenario, we believe that we have discharged our responsibiities as a merchant in demonstrating on Mr. Fusek's own website that the image widget product does indeed work.  I can only wished I took a video screencast or screenshot to document our test on his website.  We're happy to install the image widget and demonstrate that it works on Mr. Fusek's website once again, if need be.

For others who are reading this report, we'd invite you to visit our website, including our showcase page where we showcase a selected number of our customers' websites to see what they were able to do with our products (http://divtagtemplates.com/weebly-showcase/) and also our success stories page (http://divtagtemplates.com/video-testimonials/).  You are also more than welcome to visit our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/WeeblyTemplates) to see what others are saying about us.  You can also see that we have over 3,800 YouTube channel subscribers (http://www.youtube.com/divtagtemplate) and that our tutorial videos have received over 400,000 views.

We are also referenced by a third party marketplace as a legitamate templates vendor here - https://www.mojomarketplace.com/blog/buy-and-sell-weebly-themes/

Again I'm not exactly sure why or what intention Mr. Fusek has as he claims that our product does not perform, as in our view, we have demonstrated on his website that the product was working, prior to him taking down the page.
