doba ripped me off. their 2 week free trial is bogus. i canceled within 24 hours and they continued to take money from my credit card. i contacted the BBB of utah which turned out to be as big of a joke as , Internet

I signed up with doba for their 2 week free trial. well after researching and trying to get on their web page

(which i couldnt) i called within 24 hours of sign up. low and behold they continued takeing from my credit

card for the next 3 months. i contacted them and the guy on the phone was a down right Ahole. so i contacted the BBB of utah. after a couple emails back and forth the BBB sent me an email and wanted me to mail copys of my statements to the address above (well there was no address) said i had 7 days to do this. well i emailed them back with no response after 3 days. so i called and never got a person. i left 2 messages. well finally on the 6th day i did get a person she said i could scan and send the copys via email. well i did. i sent 1 to their email address and 1 to a woman named brittany whose email was on the bottom of the email. and i faxed them to their fax number. well after checking my case status a few days later i see they say the case has been closed because i didnt respond. BULL
