Family practitioner Dr. Dean Gramstad, DO of Phoenix, AZ is a doctor that runs an illeagal pain medication (Oxycodone and Oxycontin) supply network of drug dealers in the state. Dr. Dean Gramstad sells prescriptions to drug dealers and their friends in exchange for under the table additional cash fees. Known as a criminal doctor practicing “pain management” outside of his specialty, Dr. Dean Gramstad should be avoided at all costs. His name is flagged at pharmacies across the valley as pharmacists have caught on to his drug supply ring. If you go to a pharmacy that blocks him, it puts a permanent flag on your record. This doctor was disciplined by the state medical board and hos license was pulled. "Trudy" one of the ma's toward the end started being very rude and telling everyone to stop coming she is fired now as well as joy! Yaaay!!!! But gramstad is no longer a doctor in Az.

One of Dr. Dean Gramstad's street level drug dealers (and a patient) is Jason Shuette. Dr. Dean Gramstad is helping to get serious drugs ON the street and needs to be stopped.
I understand you can't fill his opiate prescriptions anylonger at CVS or Walgreens. Apparently he is banned. It's a good start.
