I went online to her website polishedholisticskincare.com and purchased $112.05 worth of products. She was recommended by a radio personality named Charlemagne The God from 105.1 FM on The Breakfast Club. After my purchase, I received an automated email. I paid extra for next day fedex delivery. It has been a week. No word. Even when I post to her twitter account which she is actively on, she does not reply to me. All for $112.05. I checked and that website is due to expire in 5 months and has activity level of ZERO. If only I'd researched her BEFORE my purchase. I contacted her on her other website drnatashasandy.com and heard nothing yet. I contacted the bbb and will tell of this problem on many websites. I'm not letting her get away with this so I'll be popping up at her Maryland and NY locations when she least expects it. Others bamboozled by these people, let's get a class action lawsuit going. My order # is 2159, by the way (for attorneys).

Decided To Order Again

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Saturday, December 24, 2016

Hi Guys, I wanted to quickly come here to give my thoughts on my first experience with Dr. Natasha Sandy's company I ordered a product from. When I first ordered and did not receive any tracking information or hear from anyone for longer than I expected (details in report) and received no reply when I reached out to her on twitter, I became suspicious but logic tells me no one who cares about running a successful business will dupe potential lifetime customers. That said, I have had a very long time to think about it. I have decided to give it another chance because things happen and I don't like to give up on anyone. I finally placed a test order yesterday and almost immediately receive a confirmation email. I also sent an email with order confirmation to her email address and received a reply that my order will be shipped asap. I chose next day. I received an email from UPS this morning saying I have a package being delivered today. Even though I didn't get an "order shipped" email from her company, I figure it must be what I ordered. All other non related deliveries today are via USPS, I may not get a chance to log back on for a while. However, if I have any problems, I'll be back early Jan 2017. I will wait until then only if I have delivery issues, even though I paid extra for next day delivery. Best, D.

Until Next Time...

Do a thorough search of both locations in NY and Maryland, people. I came not to cause anger but to prevent it. Your excuse for not contacting me (especially with that fraud alert nonsense) is weak. You were supposed to contact me to inform me of that. That's serious. What if someone DID hack into my account? You did nothing, Dr. Natasha Sandy. Shame on you. Perfect time to file a rebuttal but I don't get distracted my holidays. I'm always ON CALL and I loathe hateful and dishonest people and will do all in my power to warn others. Fellow consumers, these are for you. Monitor these websites. Look them over and come to your own decisions. I received my money back by contacting my bank among other actions. Will you? Be well. doctorsdig.com/dr-natasha-sandy.html https://mobile.twitter.com/drnatashasandy?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor

Fellow Consumers

Read her response carefully and if you've got an ounce of common sense, you'll feel the anger from this woman and also, you'll see they take your security lightly. They typed so fast, they misspelled words and clicked the space bar in excess. I have more brains in my little finger than that one has in HER head. Why would I use products that were not sealed? Most importantly, WHY would I use products this woman makes if I left her in my past and will NEVER order again? Surely, I'd need her for maintenance, don't you think? Give me a break, novice criminal. Every single time you reply, I'll come to the place STAT. You "nah mean"? You have 1 week to edit that last photo showing my name partially. Adios.

Omitted From Rebuttal

The products were not sealed so I threw them out. From the looks of charlemagne's face over the past few weeks, it looks like is working TOO well. He'll soon disappear if he keeps stripping his melanin off. I looked in the ingredients before disposal and there was KOJIC ACID, a bleaching agent, listed there. No thanks. Happy holidays.

I See An Amateur Has Filed A Rebuttal

Since you want to take it personal... Make sure you cover my entire name in that last photo, or I'll handle that tomorrow. You're a liar, whoever you are. I paid extra for fedex to deliver in 2 days. If there was a fraud alert, WHY NOT CALL ME? You have taken a while to reply. You've now updated your terms and conditions. By the way, was very active on twitter. Never replied to me, even though I was polite in the beginning. She posted other tweets DAYS AFTER my tweets to her. Posting pictures of her in bed. Hey, listen. I've done my job and warned others. Up to them to do business with you. Since I've exposed you, along with another woman, hopefully you will be professional in the future. You are full of anger. Respond to the customers paying with their hard earned money. Anyway, edit that last photo and FULLY cover my name, ma'am. This is all the time that will be taken from me today. Will respond to any other false statements and bring an attorney if needed. Ciao.

Thanks Ripoff Report

POSTED: Friday, October 23, 2015

After being stressed and not hearing from this woman, posting several complaints on several websites, tweeting her on twitter with no responses, I came to the one and only ripoff report today and within minutes, I have received an alert from FedEx (not her) showing shipment from her. The tracking # was included. I didn't want her products anymore because I don't trust her. She may have altered the products to disfigure my face. She is a dermatologist (supposedly). I'll upload more screenshots. If she had a family emergency, I'd understand. She was tweeting online throughout my frustration and never contacted me via email, phone, snail mail, etc. I paid for a service and I expect to receive it. I aggressively go after any business/person I think is a scammer. Of course, she avoided giving me a refund by shipping the products after seeing this report here. She also does not accept returns. I recommend not doing business with her or believing advertisements on The Breakfast Club at 105.1 FM radio. Thanks Ripoff Report!
