I got a horribly fitting dress from my niece that looked nothing like the photo on the ad.  There was no tag saying where it was made or what it was made of.  When I tried to return it, I could not get them to give me a return address and was instead told that they had to convince their manufacturers to take back the dress - so I would have to measure the dress and take photos and send them back.  Finally I did - and discovered that the measurement were off from their own stupid size charts.  However, they still refused to take back the dress, saying I had measure it wrong, that they had taken over ten days to make it and spent a lot of money, blah blah blah - it was crazy.  I pointed out that it couldn't have taken ten says since there were only eight days between when I ordered it and when it was shipped.  Also, it looked nothing like the dress in the ad - and what about the "satisfaction guaranteed" that was promised?

Finally, they offered a 15% refund which made me laugh.  Then, I filed a protest with Paypal which i have since had to escalate.  These people have no shame.  I have since read hundreds of online complaints about this sham company.  I think since they are apparently based out of China, there is almost nothing we can do about them - but I urge you to complain to the Better Business Bureau - Paypal and your credit card company.  Honestly, I have never dealt with anything like this.
