Beware of these guys! I found their full page ad in one of those throw away's that you get in your mailbox. It was for home improvement. They have a coupon in there that says Fireplace Chimney Cleaning $29.99. With this Coupon only. Not valid with other offers. So I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. They never showed up, nor did they call me. I made another appointment on Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday - each time they were a no-show. Friday I called and a guy answered ans swore to me that if his guy didn't show up Saturday between 9 and 12, he would personally come down. I had to call them again on Saturday, because for the fifth time they just didn't bother showing up, and didn't bother to call.

I am not an unreasonable man, and fully understand that they may try to charge me more than the coupon offered, but to me it seems that they just won't show up if they know someone wants to use their coupon. That is simply fraud and they should be reported to the Dept of Consumer Affairs.

Their Home Improvement Contractor License is 13VH06695800, so look for it before you consider hiring these guys, especially if you plan on using one of their coupons!
