The company was very unprofessional, acted unethically and irresponsibly. This was out first time having a DVD replicated, our contract stated that we were to have the 2 DVDs converted into 1 DVD, UPC code, and menu chapter markers.

None of this was done, they sent us a 'Master' we thought we were looking at the menu layout, but apparently when we approved this it was the final product. When we recv'd the final product their was a box missing that they failed to ship, they shipped to the incorrect address.

Once we viewed the DVDs we discovered no UPC code on the box, DVD was incomplete, we sent to disc, but the second disc was never added to the final DVD, and the menu options were there but were unmarked, meaning that no matter what menu option you clicked the DVD started from the beginning. They shipped the DVDs to the incorrect address and forgot to ship us 1 of the boxes.

We tried to resolve this with the company but was advised by Violet in customer service that sent we approved the master they were not responsible for the incomplete work.
