2009 purchased a DuroPower DP2000Ie, after using it for a short period unit failed to put out any voltage. Had to return unit to DuroPower for a refund.

June 2010 purchased another unit form DuroPower 3000Ie, after unpacking and filling with oil and gas, unit would not produce any voltage. Did not get unit hooked up to my motor home which only uses 1800 wats of power. Called Brenda Cole and questioned her about a tag that was inside unit which stated the the unit had been inspected and no dange found. Brenda clamed that they had been having trouble with FexEx and were checking all units before shipping. Upon draining oil for return shipment, oil looked like it had been in use for months instead of 1/2 hour, to me this is an indication that this unit had been used before shipping to me. DuroPower should be shut down and not allowed to do any more business. Had to contact credit card company to get a refund on both units.
