Elan Eliav at E & A traders agreed to purchase some overstock toy inventory from me. We agreed on a price. I sent him all the paperwork (LOTS) and he sat on it.
After emailing Elan again and again, he finally got back to me, insisting he would only buy the merchandise if it was not 33% less. I was frustrated because we had already agreed and settled on a price. I did not appreciate the bait and switch.
Eventually, I agreed to a new price and he agreed to wire the money. Weeks went by and then months. I kept asking where the money is. He said he would check his bank and that it should have gone through. It didn't.
He said that the money would hit my bank the next Monday. Of course, that was a lie as well. He told this lie 2 more times and requested even more paperwork. He continued to waste untold hours of my time as he asked more questions about the quantity and size of product.
Elan alreaady had all this info but asked for it to buy himself more time. Please stay far away from these scammers! They can not be trusted. I am reporting them to BBB next. Run away from Elan!

Its a shame having done nothing but good, and having taking care of you for 2 years that you would dare to spread false rumors about our company. You came to us as a homeless man looking for a job, and we took you in, fed you, even gave you my own lunch on some days, full pay with commission and because of your mental condition and violent ourbursts and behavior towards other female employees you have this to say and spread. You will hear from our corporate attorney shortly, and I plan on suing you for every last dime that you have which isnt much. You are still out of a job because no company in america will hire you. I was the only fool who did good by taking you in, and this is what you have to say. You got fired yourself. Other women in the office and building filed police reports because of you. Its not nice going around and spreading these false rumors about me or the company. There is a reason why we are a 50 million dollar closeout company, and I will not let you destroy or try to destory me or my company. I know who we are and what we do, because we have an identity, but you my friend need serious counseling and help ASAP. I hope you are still taking your meds, because you are a danger to society. I will be reporting you to the authroities and to the IRS who you owe a substantial amount of money to.
