 This company waits more than 2 years to respond. That should tell anyone all they need to know about them. Never returned calls. Made no attempt to resolve the issue. Company is not reliable.

We have been successfully selling products on eBay since 2003.  You can see our eBay store here:  http://stores.ebay.com/ESBuys-Home-Gadgets-Gifts-and-More where you can also see that we have a 99.8% positive feedback rating score with over 14,000 positive feedback ratings received.

This report is completely inaccurate and false.  We shipped this customer's order on 11-01-2013 via USPS Priority Mail, Tracking # 9405511899560992034496, and insured it for up to $50.00.  The US Postal Service shows this item was delivered to his address on 11-04-2013.  Without contacting us in any way, the customer opened a case on PayPal (the payment processor) on 11-07-2013 saying the item was not received.  On 11-11-2013, I called PayPal, gave them the tracking number, and they said that since the item shows it was delivered to the address given with his payment, the case against us would be closed in our favor.

Since the US Postal Service shows it was delivered, PayPal agreed that we were not liable had the package truly gone missing.  If the customer did not live in an area that was safe to receive packages, he should have provided an alternate address like his place of work, and we would have shipped it there without a problem.  Only after the customer lost his case with PayPal (the payment processor), he complained to the BBB and also here in a malicious attempt to still get his way while trying to also harm our business.  The item was obviously delivered.  If the customer did not receive it or it was stolen off of his front porch, then he needs to contact the US Postal Service, his insurance, the DA, or his local police department.  We did mail it out, and it did get delivered.  We have no way to know if the customer decided to keep the item and was trying to also keep his payment.

Please remove this untrue and unvalid "ripoff report" from this site.  We are a small company, and our customers are very important to us.  We would not have such an excellent feedbak rating if this were not true.  Thank you.
