e title Very dishonest will not let me payoff my truck Miami Florida Internet

Well I made the mistake of using this company. I was in a finacial situation with my house and decided that I can use my truck to help pay off rent for that month. Little did I know that they rush you thru the process and should of known when they want you to just sign . The agent that I talked to set up my loan and low and behold he ha already left the company. I recieve on avg. 20-30 calls a month reguarding this loan. When I set it up I opeted out of any phone calls but they seem to not care. I also set it up to where I would pay on the first of te month when I get paid. They told me they can't change it and since I recived the loan on the 23rd I am in defualt until the first. Not really helping my credit. My main concern is that this company without my approval changed my title on my vehicle to their comapny. Now I live in California and you have to show ownership to register your car or at least lease information. Everytime I call I get put on hold treated like I scum because I took out the loan. Now here is where it gets funny. I told them fine I will just give you my truck and that settles the debt. Nope now mind you I only borrowed 2300, Legal just told me I now owe a toal of 9500 if I decided to let them reposess my truck. I asked well what if at aution you get more than what  owe to I get a ceck in the mail. I got hung up on for being argumenetive. I was hoping since they state they record every conversation that someone could help me get these tapes where they go back and forth with you won't give you a pay off amount and then tell me it's my problem on getting my car registered since they are in Flordia and I am in California. All I want is too put out the word these people thrive on Americans going thru hard times. They take advantage of us. Do we npt have the better business bureau to deal with companys like this. as an overview I took a loan out for 2300 Ive paid 4 monthly payments of 418.00 and somehow I still owe 3108.57. If I let them take my truck to settle somehow my loan goes up to 9000.00. Can someone please help me or give me advice on how to deal with these people.. Also if you try calling their toll free number has been disconected and when callling you get major run around. I have yet to get anyones name. Ask for supervisor all you get is they will call you back their at a meeting . I just want these people off my back and warn anyone to never use these people.
