Results were not impressive, so we told eGumBall to discontinue their service, but they promised to make it right. We gave them another chance, but they still failed to meet acceptable standards, so again we closed our account.
Now eGumBall is not only still trying to collect on their inferior services, but they are also threatening lawsuits for what they claim is $85 owed on the account.

Author Change His Address Two Months Into Service

The author of this thread signed up during the summer of 2011. Two months into service the author issued a change of address order which reset his Google Places listing and voided the authors previous claim to the authors listings.
Once you verify/reclaim a listing it takes time to reappear in Google Places (approximately 30 days).
Once you reclaim a listing you must go through and update all local directories which are broadcasting the previous business information (Name, Address, Phone). This process takes 60 - 90 days to complete as there is a time requirement for directory update, directory publication and search engine indexing. There are several if not hundreds of directories to consider.
The author of this thread was displeased with this time requirement and requested to put the service on hold.
The author was billed a prorated amount of $84.68 for services rendered.
