I was recently suspended from eBay on a False allegation, I have the proof and they refuse to even look at it, thing is they know it and are too lazy and arrogant to admit mistake. Then these SOB's go and lock my PayPal account (They own them) again without ONE complaint against me, I have a PERFECT record and yet they are doing this? Do we live in the USA or a dictatorship?
Anyone had any luck against them on the legal front? Slander, false accusations, theft, with holding "MY" funds?
One thing for sure I am d**n glad I did not attach my bank account to these crooks. It is not a lot of money but it is the fact that it is MY money and they are saying they don’t have to give it back or interest. This needs to be tested in a class action suit.
I know I am forever done with this site (both) and hope they come crashing down and ANY WAY I can spread the word of how bad and the kind of scum that runs the place I am all for it. [continued below]....
I will not lie, I will just state the facts of things BOTH these places have done over the last decade and it is troubling.
