They hire you after one interview, pay you a peasant base salary, & convince you to join by telling you stories about the huge commission you can expect.
Soon after you start working at e.comm technologies, you realize that the main sales guy making all the money is actually the female owners live in lover.
Once you have found a way out, you have already closed a bunch of deals for them, they are happy as they never have to pay you the commission & her boyfriend gets a bunch of accounts to work.
They have been doing this to dozens of sales people over the last 10 or so years.
Unless you enjoy working in a small company with a control freak owner who treats grown men like 5 year olds, Stay away from e.comm technologies.

#1 UPDATE Employee
False Reading About e.comm
AUTHOR: Sales Guy- 2 - ()
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, August 27, 2013
e.comm has been in business many years and treats everyone fairly. The person that wrote this about e.comm, (DW- for not wanting to spell it) must have had issues making calls and generating leads in an effort to close business. Funny, as that is what they were asked in the interview process and stated they could do this better than anyone else.
Most companies go through many sales people before they find good qualified sales people, e.comm is no different. What you will find at e.comn is a loyal, hardworking, group of people that do not allow "slackers" to get away with selling on false promises.
Perhaps the person making these comments should focus on lead generating at thier new employment beofre they too get wind of the BS that this person is full of.
Advertisers above have met our
