Years ago I came to these guys and spent close to $2000 installing a car stereo and alarm system. After the installation. I found my car battery was draining incredibly fast. Thinking it was as a result of not driving my project vehicle often enough I ended up buying 4 different batteries including two $240 optima yellow tops. After years of frustration and thinking my vehicle had been tampered with I decided to go back to the same shop and just buy a new alarm to solve the issue. An additional $500.00. While the installers were working on the vehicle it was pointed out to me that there was a short circuit in one of the sections of the electrical loom. I asked that this short circuit be located but the lazy installers told me it was too difficult and decided to run a new wire to replace the damaged wire. Against my wishes they did this I wanted to locate the short and understand what was wrong with my vehicle. Later while working on the car I removed a screw that was installed by elite audio and found where his installers caused this damage. When I paid for this second alarm installation I requested that my windows rolled up when the alarm is activated. The owner Mark looked me in the eyes and said no problem. When I came to pick up the car and was demoed I pointed out the windows were not rolling up. At that time I was told by owner it would be taken care of when I come back to install the new stereo… The Second stereo I would buy and another thousand dollars in expense with the installation. On two separate occasions I call to make appointments that were scheduled for me and upon arrival at the shop was told I had no appointment and had to come back. Upon realizing what had happened I attempted to call the shop on numerous occasions over 10 times I spoke to multiple people stopped at the shop in person and never never ever received a single call back after spending close to $3000 at the shop. These guys have no honor and do not understand customer service at all. They are disorganized and deceitful once they have your money you're on your own. I recommend using corporate backed company when installing an alarm or car stereo. These guys are not up to the task of being professionals their finish is terrible I had a mechanic tell me my dash was put together wrong and I had to spend over $900 in batteries over a four-year period.
