Enrevopyro is a "company" in New Jersey with non existing equipment, no engineering, no test machines running, nothing of any gravitas, with fake addresses and telemarketers calling from private phone lines and @gmail email addresses to convince people to invest and partner with them. There is no substance there.

On their website they use a u-tube video of a Japanese government financed tire disposal facility that is at least 15 years old. it shows equipment that is not profitable, doesn't have to be since it just disposes of tires, not creating a profit by creating energy of any kind and is located in Japan. The evolvement of technology has passed these guys by. the system they show is outdated, doesn't work and creates nothing but bad press for the newest systems that work like clockwork. These guys either have no engineers, or are trying to screw people. Npthing they say or show makes any sense. As an engineer I am evaluating every aspect of their presentation and it is ludicrous.

On page 7 of their powerpoint presentation they have revenue numbers that are outrageous, unsustainable and must have been plucked from air. A 25ton/day system creates 2,920tons/year of carbon black. It is impossible to create 4,380 tons of carbon black out of 10 tons per day for 300 days/year. Electricity revenue is vastly overstated, again completely impossible to reach those numbers. The entire presentation is one for dummies, for uninformed people who do not understand the technology and may not question these figures. Anyone with any experience or brains can see that this is a presetnation that lacks any facts ot current knowledge. This has to be a scam at worst, at best they do not know what they are doing.

EnRevo Response

AUTHOR: EnRevo - (USA)

Enrevopyro is a "company" in New Jersey with non- existing equipment, no engineering, no test machines running, nothing of any gravitas, with fake addresses and telemarketers calling from private phone lines and @gmail email addresses to convince people to invest and partner with them. There is no substance there.

All Employees of EnRevo have a corporate address based on the domain of the site.  We have never engaged telemarketers to solicit business in any way especially fund raising. Our team has worked in installations all over the world.  There has never been any representation written or expressed that we have test machines or warehouse related equipment for any demonstrable purpose.

On their website they use a u-tube video of a Japanese government financed tire disposal facility that is at least 15 years old. The video is of a plant operating in China not Japan.  It is currently processing 60 tons per day and being expanded.

it shows equipment that is not profitable, doesn't have to be since it just disposes of tires, not creating a profit by creating energy of any kind and is located in Japan.   The plant is generating crude oil, carbon black and raw steel, all three output streams are generating revenue for the plant.  This plant is located in China and is the plant used for client tours for the last 5 years.  Our team has been there many times over the last 2-3 years.  EnRevo is happy to show the financials of a tire based pyrolysis plant upon written request.

The evolvement (This is not a word in the English vocabulary) of technology has passed these guys by. the system they show is outdated, doesn't work and creates nothing but bad press for the newest systems that work like clockwork.   The most recent tire pyrolysis is a plant installed in Brazil and was commissioned by the Brazilian Government last year.  It is operating according to all specifications guaranteed by the manufacturer thanks to the innovations provided by the EnRevo Team.  Furthermore, we are not competing with any other companies in our market.  All projects are anchored by contracts with feedstock.  We defer to the opinions of industry experts to ascertain what technology is the best.  We only take stock in our platform and the ability to perform according to specifications that must comply for purposes of funding and permitting.

These guys either have no engineers, or are trying to screw people. Npthing they say or show makes any sense. As an engineer I am evaluating every aspect of their presentation and it is ludicrous.

Our Engineers are the best in the industry. The EnRevo technical team is comprised of some of the world's most experienced and accomplished experts in the utilization of chamber-based thermo-chemical production processes to create or enable renewable energy solutions. Members of this technical team are veterans in the design, implementation and improvement of waste pyrolysis systems and are pioneers in the research, development, and commercialization of fuel extraction/processing and power generation optimization techniques. With a legacy of more than 30 years of innovation leadership, including via work at predecessor companies, the experience and accomplishments of EnRevo technical team members include:

  • Part of the team that created an industry-standard process for extraction and optimization of fuels from biomass sources (Swiss Biofuel Institute, 1997)
  • Development and implementation of advanced, high-volume hydrocarbon fuel production solutions for a leading global energy company (Elf Aquitaine, nowTotal Energy)
  • Engineering work on high-performance ship turbines/power plants (British Royal Navy)
  • Development of high-performance, high efficiency power systems and fuels (Dodge/Chrysler Corporation)
  • Designed and developed processes and related equipment deployed in at least 8 waste pyrolysis systems in various countries including:

On page 7 of their powerpoint presentation they have revenue numbers that are outrageous, unsustainable and must have been plucked from air. A 25ton/day system creates 2,920tons/year of carbon black. It is impossible to create 4,380 tons of carbon black out of 10 tons per day for 300 days/year.

We have no knowledge or historic reference to the numbers that are being discussed above.  We adhere to strict output compliance based on a standard Mass Balance statement that is certified by the banks and manufactures of the equipment stated in the table below. All output and subsequent revenue assumptions are based on this data and it is our policy to never deviate from this table.

Note:

(1) "INPUT WASTE" means 1,250kg/h tire chips without steel, and catalyst input can be ignored.

(2) "HEAT TEMP" means the temperature of flue gas venting from pyrolysis reactor.

(3) "OUTPUT HEAT" means the heat of flue gas venting from pyrolysis reactor.

(4) "OUTPUT FUEL GAS" means the amount of combustible gas produced by 1250kg/h tire chips (without steel) in pyrolysis reaction, in which (96-104)kg/h is used by pyrolysis system, the remaining combustible gas (<32kg/h) can be used for any other purpose.

Furthermore, this data is compiled over the span of the last 10 years based on performance of all plants all currently in operation.

Electricity revenue is vastly overstated, again completely impossible to reach those numbers.

All electricity is based on power generators running on Syngas or crude oil produced from the plant.  They are common generators that have performance warranties backed by the manufacturer. Alll representations would be according to manufacturer specification’s

The entire presentation is one for dummies, for uninformed people who do not understand the technology and may not question these figures. Anyone with any experience or brains can see that this is a presetnation that lacks any facts ot (SP) current knowledge. This has to be a scam at worst, at best they do not know what they are doing.

You are entitled to your opinion, we are sorry that your assessment is not optimally informed.
