Entourage and travel I cancelled and they won't refund my money

 I purchased package from entourage and travel and was told that I old cancel in 30 days if not satisfied. And when I called last week no one would answer the phone or call me back. When I called them today , they are going to tell me that it was 14 days to cancel and they are trying to offer me an upgrade package. I told them I don't want another package, they just kept on trying to double talk me and telling me that i can't get my 98.00 back. Trying to push another package on me.
