 I first contacted Erick Brent in December is 2014 regarding a credit file and trade lines. He sent sent me a contract in February 12, 2015. I signed his agreement and owe his instructions, I deposited $1500 in his Wells Fargo Account. He said he would always answer my calls and text messages. He would have my file and trade lines completed on March 9, 2015. Today's date is May 12, 2015. He doesn't return calls or text messages, and I don't have the file or trade lines. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE ERICK BRENT.

 This report was over a year ago. If you are reading this and thinking about getting "services" from Erick, DON'T DO IT! He will answer all calls from you until he has your money. You will then be left wondering what happened with no answer. If he does answer your call or txt, (which is rare and only after you blow his phone up) it will be with a sorry excuse. Check the other rip-off reports on here as there are plenty on him (you have to search on this website instead of Google). Save yourself the headache of fighting with this heartless individual please!

Still Waiting on Refund

 Well I am a victim as well as I thought he was a stand up guy to send $3000 for services on January 26,2016 he refuses to respond to my calls and messages and BE a STAND UP guy and give my refund so I can move on.

I had a long conversation wit Mr. Brent yesterday.  He explained the the circumstances regarding my file, and assurred me the file will be complete on 5/25.  I did check online, and he delivered!  His suppliers were the reason for the delay, and Mr. Brent used his personal funds to complete my file for me.  I have to say that despite being "left holding the bag" by his suppliers, he got it done for me at his own expense. 

I give MR. Brent an A+.  He delivered, and then some!

Resolution to Problem Tradelines

This Client has a tradeline reporting 5/24/2015 and another one reporting 05/25/2015

5K Discover and a 5K Chase I will attach hard copy print out once resolved to this complaint file for all to review! Also for the record Client deposited $1200 not $1500 as I noted branch in reponse letter and can provide actual deposit within account.

In regards to this incident. The client Riccardo I have been in contact with since the beginning of this incident and have informed him as to the current statusand actually attempted calling on 04/132015 and 05/16/2015 the day of this response. On Febuary Riccardo did contact myself Erick Brent for a profile and tradeines. He signed contracts and deposited $1200 in a wells fargo account 02/06/2015 branch store #902095974. His original reporting date was March 09, 2015. Unfortunately Citi bank has  establised a rule and done something this year no bank has done in regards to there reporting tradelines that negaively affected 6 of my clients upon which one is actually a personal friend included. I have several companies upon which I have been a broker of trade lines, this particular company which provided this clients trade lines I have been using for over 5 years and have had no problems from and whenever I have had a problem it has always been resolved. When the Citi bank issue of reporting tradelines occurred I was assured that my cients would be reissued a trade line the following month which would have been April 15, 2015 and 4 of the initial Citi tradeline clients where reissued tradelines by my tradeline provider but this client was actually missed unfortunately. I than spoke to Riccardo explaining to him the changes in the industry as 2015 has had many changes simultaneously Citi bank reporting tradelines being one along with Cap 1 changes which has slowed down this whole CPN process and I now actually tell new clients 45 business days as this credit industry was slowed down by Equifax Experian and Transunion due to credit card fraud and identity theft. The tradeline provider told me after the April 15th reporting date did not happen they than told me May 5,2015 which again never happened. I have now completly terminated contact with this trade line provider as they do not return calls and I am still 2 clients without tradelines 1 being a dear friend therefore I have done now what any good business man is suppose to do which as of May 7th I have spent my own funds to compensate the client and make sure he receives what he paid for which is tradelines. Riccardo has his CPN number and I have given him that number monhs ago,nevertheless he has a right to be upset and I take full responsibility as the company owner. I have started this business just in January with the attempt to help as many people as I can to get a second chance in the credit world. I have several testimonys on my youtube page and website and adding more everyday of people who met me online and are satisfied with the services and I have personally processed over 61 files as of this date and gotten them funding since the inception of the secret72hourcreditboost. I am a real person who can also be taken advantage of as I am still owed tradelines by that particular company nevertheless I am decent enough to accept mistakes or over late post and I will follow through to make sure I complete all files which have come to my company.

 

I have resolved this tradeline issue with cients file May 24, 2015 (5K) Discover tradeline reports, 5/25/2015 5K Chase tradeline will report. I have already purchased these trade lines from someone whom I have completed over 40 files this year. I will attach hard pull print out to this complaint after the 25th for all to review all companies will have some problems, but at the end of the day it's all about the company resolving the issues for the clients!
