Escrow.com Internet Escrow Services, inc Ripped me off SAN Francisco Internet

 I used escrow.com for the purchase of a classic car. When the deal fell through I contacted escrow.com for a refund. It's been over three weeks now and I have not received a refund and every time I call their reps tell me a different story. They are obviously lying. You can never talk to a manager or supervisor and their payments department refuses to contact me. They are supposed to be a licensed escrow service but I fear they are a total scam organization. I would not recommend anyone use this service. They will not provide any reference or tracking information for the return wire of the funds. This does not seem to be a legitimate company.
