 LETTER ABOUT ESL LANGUAGE TRAVEL I wish to point out that a company called ESL Language Travel conned me out of £1427.71 after I paid them for a French course which they refused to provide me. As I have obviously been scammed by this rogue trader, please inform me if you would be able to contact them on my behalf. This happened some weeks ago from 02 November 2014 to 10 November 2014. The contract was with an English company known as ESL Language Travel which is based on 4th floor, 24 Haymarket, London SW1Y 4DG - tel. no. 0207-451-0943.

Therefore, English laws would apply to this contract. ESL refuse to send me any documentation explaining their version of events - they even refuse to speak to me on the phone about it. They simply refuse to have any contact with me whatsoever. They never sent me any original documentation, and they said to me on the phone that they have no complaints procedure either. In the light of the above information and the large amount of money that I lost, please inform me if you would be willing to write a letter to the company on my behalf ?
