I usually use turbotax to file my taxes but noticed that ezTaxReturns.com was offering the same services at a lower price so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. After inputting all my information I get a message saying "No errors found, you are now ready to e-file. Click Next." I click next and get a message saying, "You are NOT eligible to e-file due to errors. Please click correct errors." I click "correct errors" and get a message saying "No errors found, you are now ready to e-file. Click Next." I click next and get the same message saying, "You are NOT eligible to e-file due to errors. Please click correct errors." I then go through all the information and find no errors myself. I log out and log back in, hoping this would correct the issue. No such luck. This happens AFTER they charged my credit card $19.99. I click help only to find out they have no one I can talk to or even chat with. I email support with no response. I don't even know what to do now other than tell ripoffreport about it. I went to turbotax.com and filed electronically with no issues. I just had to pay a little more. It's not worth the $10 savings. Just use turbotax. I am now unable to contact anyone from this company for a refund.
