The truth about commission changes with Face 2 Face.  Face 2 Face is paid based on performance just like the Sales Reps that work for Face 2 Face. 

Face 2 Face does not like to change the grid compensation.  However whenever the clients deicide to make a changes to the compensation. Then Face 2 Face will let you know about the grid change and give you a new commission grid. They do roll out the grid a head of time. But the changes are not always positive.  In 2010 there were only three grid changes. These do not happen often and with being a pay per performance there is no maximum to your income. It all depends on how many customer you get installed.

With being a paid per performance your income is all about how you produce.  The best sales agents can make over a 150k a year.
