Fair Radio Sales Offers products/items that they do not stock... lets you order them and then never responds Lima, Ohio Internet

Fair Radio Sales is not so "fair" when it comes to you, the customer.  

I ordered an item listed at their website as being in stock.  After giving all of my personal information including credit card information, I received a confirmation E-MAIL with the particulars of the order.  The E-MAIL was entitled, "Your Order has been placed successfully!"  The confirmation E-MAIL had an Order Number to reference the purchase.

Two weeks passes and I hear nothing... no package tracking number... nothing.  So I wrote them an E-MAIL giving the Order Number and requesting an update and a tracking number.

The response was, "Sorry we are sold out of these items"

So, excuse me?  ...and when were they gong to tell me this? (probably never).  After two week waiting for the item to arrive in the mail, I am told that they don't have it in stock only after I press the question.

So this item shown as available on their website, that was able to be ordered with a confirmation E-MAIL stating "Your Order has been placed successfully!" was really NEVER available and had I not pinged them for tracking information, they would probably have never contacted me to say that my order really was NOT placed successfully.

Obviously, this company has little regard for its customers or the time lost to projects waiting for items that don't exist to arrive.  If they didn't have these in stock, then why do you advertise them for sale?

My recommendation is to avoid "Fair Radio Sales" when looking on the internet (or locally) for electronics items.
